WeGrow offers two coaching formats, both grounded in the same belief: that when people think more clearly about how they lead and relate, the work gets better.
Group Coaching
Group coaching has become one of WeGrow's most sought-after offerings. Cohorts of six to eight people at similar career stages work through their most pressing leadership challenges together, across a six-month programme. The content is bespoke, co-designed with the sponsoring organisation to address what the group actually needs, not a generic curriculum.
What makes it work is the combination of structured learning, peer accountability and psychological safety. Participants leave with sharper leadership tools, greater self-awareness, and a peer group they continue to lean on long after the programme ends.
One-on-One Coaching
For leaders who want a more private, focused space. Whether navigating a career transition, a difficult relationship, a new role or simply wanting to lead with more intention, one-on-one coaching provides the structure, challenge and support to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Both formats are available as standalone engagements or alongside any WeGrow programme.
